BBT 10- Assignment #2: Privacy Please

• Digital textbooks should replace entirely paper textbooks by 2020 in New Brunswick.

 For: 

1. I think they should be replaced for online access just in case if someone leaves their textbook at school they can go online and get their information.
2. If parents want to see what their children are doing in school, they can go to the online textbook and see. 
3. They will save trees and paper, we can send our old textbooks to people in the world who don't have enough money to buy them for their school. 

Against:

1. If we replace the textbooks with onlines ones, some people don't have the access to get to a computer so they cant use that.
2. The site could crash and there would be no "textbooks" available
3.  Someone could easily hack the site and change anything they wanted to that site and then we wouldnt learn the stuff we are suppose to. 

• Schools in 2020 should be closed and teachers and students should begin learning in virtual classrooms using digital technology at home.

For:

1. I think it would be a good idea because then if you were sick you still wouldn't miss a day. 
2. It would be helpful for people that are sick or in the hospital due to medical conditions. 
3. They wouldnt have to cancel school for weather conditions either

Against:

1. People wouldnt have the social factor they get from school
2. They might not have a computer to actually get on the site
3. People probably wouldn't bother logging on the online website.
