BBT 9- Camera Techniques

Rule of Third
             With using the Rule of Third one, you can see by moving the frame around it will make the picture look more appealing to the human eye. Rather just having everything in the middle of the frame, its of to the side, looking more professional and better quality. When using it, you can easily see that by having your screen spilt its easier to take the picture then thank trying to find somethings main focus.

Fill the Frame
             At the first of this video, you can see the picture it not very appealing toward the picture. When you first see it, its not something you would really notice! When you go closer and see that coming up close is more appealing, it looks better quality.

Framing
            Viewing something from different angles you can see that it in different ways. Viewing something from an upward angle you can see that it looks bigger. When taking a picture, you can focus on the front of the picture or the stuff behind it. When doing so you can see that its easier to do rather then catching everything in the image.

Point of View
             Move around when taking pictures, don't always take it from the same angle you wont get the effect of it. Seeing pictures from different points adds purpose to the image and seeing the images effect. For an example, you can see that the images from different ways of moving around and seeing that it gives the pictures meaning.

Level Horizon
             Taking a photo, it should be level. The picture should be in the centre of the frame and seeing it from a straight point of view. Setting the level horizon on the camera or phone you can see that it makes it look better and better quality. When it is a straight view on the camera, its better set for the image.

BBT 9- Cyber Bullying

BBT 9- Journal Entry #6: Inside The Dark World

            In this video, it talked about the todays technology and online access everyday.  We learned that any device can be connected to the internet. There is a wear-house where everything is controlled by the internet. It has sensors, so that when you wake up or come home, the doors unlock and the lights turn on. In this house, it plays the news in the mornings, it tells you the weather report, and  it even makes your coffee in the morning. But, the downside to this house is that, as the internet controls the house it lets the company look at your personal information. Everything in the house is connected to the wifi signal and can be tracked. A man created a network that was more safe, it allows people to go on the internet without being tracked and people getting your information. But, the network needs to have many users or the information won't be mixed up, therefore your information can be traced back to you. You cannot be nonomous alone. What I found the most interesting, was that the Navy is now able to do things online without having to worry about being tracked. I would like to learn more about The Syrian Uprising, because they have no access to privacy and are being watched by the government very carefully.

BBT 9- Cyberbullying

          With cyber bullying, you sit behind a screen and say things you could never say in person. CyberBulling is and had been creating more and more problems everyday with teens and young adults all around the world. I do think in a way Ricardo is a cyber bully because he couldn't say anything he did on the computer rather then offline. When Ricardo said that information gets around quick he's right, it does get around fast! With the internet these days with a click of a button any information can be anywhere! Harassing people online is just as bad as harassing people offline. Just because they cant physically hit you but the words still hurt just as bad. After being a target of cyber bulling is probably not the nicest feeling in the world.. Watching someone get cyber bullied is even worst, seeing it first hand and no knowing how they feel.

BBT 9- Are We Digital Dummies?

         After watching this documentary, Ive realized that over the past couple years, Facebook has been gaining more users everyday. To this day there is over 13 million users on Facebook. Also, 75% of people using there phones don't realize the stuff thats going on around them when the are using their phones. The other 25% of the people are not using their phone and they see everything. The part I liked the most about that documentary was when we had to try to count how many passes the white team made. When we were all trying to count the passes, a black witch was walking through the court but we didn't notice because thats not what we were concentrating on. In some cases in classroom, they give a 5 minute texting break in the middle of class so the students can stay concentrated on their work with the use of their phones. Now days there is a an online site called "crackberry.com" used for people that are addicted to their phones and cant go without them so they go to this site to 'break' the addiction. Also in this video, they said that 10% of people driving are on or using their phones or something not even important at that moment.
