BBT 9- My Privacy Everyday
After reading this article i realized that we do use our phones for everything in everyday life, everything we go to do we always include our phones. The part the surprised me the most about the article was that everything in this day and age is involved with our phone and technology.
BBT 9- Privacy On The Internet
After reading the graphic novel, I realized its important to have strong passwords because people can hack into them easily and if you don't use the privacy settings your accounts and information can be seen by others. The best information that is best left offline is mostly personal stuff or information that hackers can use against you. You don't always have to share everything online, its best not to because you don't want people to see all your information about you. You can learn about your privacy settings and all the risks that come with it is online. Most of the mishaps that happen is because of people sharing their personal information online then people stealing it and using it for illegal stuff. Its important to lock your devices such as your cell phones and any other device that might have personal information on it. When choosing a password make sure to choose something that is something easy for you to remember but hard for someone to figure out. Its very important to choose different passwords for different sites because if someone figures out on password or one site, they might try to use it for another site and get into that one also. People can figure out where you live because if you 'check in' some place, it tells the internet where you are at that exact second. Also, people can put a tracker on you and follow you anywhere you go. Today, if i lost my phone I would be worried about people finding out information about my friends and about me. My phone has all the information I need in it, it has phone numbers and access to all my accounts. If someone to leave their phone on the bus, you could find out who they talked to, what they say about everyone, what sites the go on and any information they wanted to know about them.

BBT 9- Reflections on My Digital Life
Digital Media
We did a quiz on our "digital life" that we have. We answered the questions on the quiz and were surprised at some of the answers we had wrong. One of the questions we had was that one half of people feel that they are a completely different person online then in person. With the quiz my partner and I did we seen they way that we use our digital media differently then people that did this quiz. With todays day and age, I think that the least used media site used today is mostly MySpace and the most used is either Ask.fm or Facebook. MySpace is an older site so therefore its not used that much. With Ask.fm it is new and all the teenagers and young adults all have it, Facebook is still an active site even though it is not the newest site, people still like it. It helps people get in contact with people all around the world, its every helpful.
The Digital World
The up side of living in a digital life is that if you need any information quickly you can Google it so quickly! you can easily keep in contact with your friends without leave your bedroom or even your house. Also, you can do lots of fun stuff online, like playing games or online shopping. Some down falls of living in it is that not all your stuff is as private as you want it to be. People can copy your information and send it to other people you or or people can take your identity. We spend more time with our faces in a screen then we do outside or around our friends.

BBT 9- Journal Entry #5: Mr. Savoy's Presentation
We had a presentation on Technology of 2015, today we have a lot of different technology to do a lot of different things. Now, you can get anyone information by hooking up a GPS trackers that you can find out/get their info just by scanning your near by area! When multitasking, you can unmeaning to send the message to the wrong person or group then those people can find out what your doing at such time and date. Also, when choosing a password make sure its something that is easy to remember but not easy to find out. Don't make it the normal password and something simple, the classic password is "password123" it being the one that gets hacked the most.
The survey below shows where cyber bullying is most shown and shows who is mostly effected by it.

BBT 9- Journal Entry #4: Facebook Follies
In this documentary, we learnt about the faults of Facebook. With Facebook, your stuff isn't always as privet as you think. Yes we 'agree' with the terms and conditions but we don't always read them because they are too long. These thing are long because they are telling us that they have all our information is not hidden. If a hacker hacked the site of Facebook, they can get all your information and know everything you put on there. Two things I've learned in the video I watched was that make sure everything is appropriate before you post it, even if you delete it, its still there, anyone can see it. Also, when posting a group or making a event on Facebook, make sure its privet, always check your privacy settings before you post it. Anyone can see the group or join it if its not privet. In some cases, Facebook ruined lives and careers is so many ways. It even bans people from places. Always make sure you know what your doing before you hit post!

BBT 9- Journal Entry #3: Sploder and Gaming
By creating this game, i don't consider myself a gamer because i don't play videos a lot. To me, they are a waste of my time. I am not a gamer because I don't like sitting around with a controller in my hand playing video games for no reason, people are just wasting their time. With me not being a gamer i do own a "gaming console". With this gaming console I use it for Netflix. I don't play games on the computer either, still its a waste of time. I don't know what type of games I like because I am not a gamer. I like using Slopder because it was fun creating a game by myself and seeing it work. For my game platform, i used Retro! I used this because the theme of it looked fun and cool to create. The only part I found confusing about Slopder was that you had to know the difference between levels and stages. With creating this game, i found out that I'm probably never going to create a game again I am not a gamer and wont do it again!

BBT 9- Journal Entry #2: Wed 2.0, Cloud Computing and Google Drive
With Cloud Computing you can store anything within that computer or system. You can store as much as you want but then only pay for what you use so you don't have to pay for extra. You can back up all your data and it will be safe because its backed up on a bunch of computers. With the video I picked, it was about way and tricks to get to know you iPhone 6. I chose this video because everyone these days has or is getting a new iPhone and its always good to know the ins and outs of it. The thing I like about Google Drive is that your stuff saves automatically because I always forget to save my work. With Google Drive i don't find anything confusing or challenging. Its a pretty straight forward program.
